Privacy notice
What we collect through kijestic.com, why, where it goes, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are

What we collect when you request an assessment
- What you type: name, email, business name, website, the workflow description, and any optional details you add (role, number of locations, tools, timeline, budget context, phone).
- Your choices: that you accepted the assessment terms, whether you opted in to updates, and the versions of the terms and offer shown to you.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the website that referred you, and the first page you landed on. These are kept in your browser for the session and sent with a request only if you submit the form. Vercel Web Analytics may also count the referring website as part of a page visit.
- Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of your network address, used to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or patient or customer personal information. We do not ask for them.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to public pages. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URL before Vercel receives a page view. Our own small event counter records visits to the home, assessment and two work pages, plus assessment or project link clicks, form starts and successfully received requests. We store only the event name, page path and time in Supabase. These event records contain no form answers, contact details, network addresses, campaign tags or referring website. We do not use advertising cookies. Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver and measure the site.
Anything you type into the workflow worksheet stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To review your request, reply, schedule the conversation and prepare your brief.
- To follow up about the assessment and any proposal you ask for.
- To send occasional updates, only if you opted in. Every update includes a way to stop them.
- To understand which channels bring useful requests, using the source information above.
We may use AI tools to help draft your brief from our notes. We leave your contact details out of those drafts, and a person reviews everything before it is sent to you. We never sell your information.

Inside Kijestic, requests are read by Kelvin Tran. Anyone else who helps with your assessment does so only with Kelvin's approval.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case your agreement governs. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop updates. We reply within 30 days. People who ask us not to contact them are not contacted again.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new version number. Requests are stored with the version shown when they were submitted.
